When we say “services” in this policy, we mean Ibbi Wibbi’s services, apps, websites (including ibbi.dev, discourse.ibbi.dev, and associated subdomains), web dashboards, Discord bots, form/application systems, and connected products.
When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you as an individual user. If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a legal entity (such as an employer, company, or community organization), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.
2. When These Terms Apply
The Terms of Service establishes the legal framework and operational rules governing the use of the website, web dashboard, automations, Discord bot, form and application engines, Discourse forums, and connected services. It outlines acceptance conditions, service descriptions, and eligibility criteria, requiring users to be at least thirteen (13) years old and strictly comply with any third-party terms of service that apply to our integrations (including Discord and Cloudflare).
Furthermore, this document defines account security obligations and sets out an acceptable use policy that prohibits reverse engineering, system abuse, spamming, unauthorized access to API infrastructure, and manipulation of application forms or anti-abuse tracking mechanisms.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IbbiWibbi website, web dashboard, Discord bot, application engine, Discourse forum, or any connected APIs and services (collectively, "IbbiWibbi" or the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 4. Description of Service
IbbiWibbi provides website features, web dashboard management tools, community application/form processing utilities, Discourse community forums, and automated Discord bot functions designed to assist community administrators, server staff, and general users with guild moderation, server management, utility automation, form submission evaluation, and custom workflow execution.
5. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
5.1 Age Threshold & Legal Capacity
By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws in your country. Our services are not designed for nor directed towards users under the age of 13. By creating an IbbiWibbi account or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and represent that you have either reached the age of "majority" where you live or your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.
5.2 Registration Details
To access the Service or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Service that all the information you provide on the Service is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with the Service or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Service, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Credentials & Account Confidentiality
If you choose, or are provided with, an email, password, OAuth token, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to the Service or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username, password, or any other breach of security. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.
The terms establish that any administrative action, setting modification, application submission, or command executed through a user's authenticated session will be treated as having been performed by that account holder.
5.4 Limitation of Platform Security Liability
From the platform's perspective, account security also defines how the service limits its own liability regarding security breaches or compromised accounts. The operators implement standard technical safety controls, such as using encrypted web connections and restricting database permissions, to keep dashboard sessions protected. However, if a user loses control of their account, shares their credentials, or suffers a security compromise on their personal device, IbbiWibbi cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage, lost server configurations, application disqualifications, or unauthorized bot activity.
6. Form & Application Submissions (Anti-Abuse & Integrity Telemetry)
6.1 Purpose & Scope
IbbiWibbi provides specialized form and application features allowing community administrators and operators to host applications, surveys, staff forms, and access requests. To ensure a fair evaluation process, prevent automated script submissions, mitigate spam, and verify application integrity, IbbiWibbi records technical and behavioral telemetry during form interactions.
6.2 Data & Interaction Recording
When you access, fill out, or submit any form or application hosted on our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the automatic recording of:
- Network & Device Identifiers: Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device characteristics, screen resolution, and connection headers.
- Behavioral & Input Metrics: Detailed interaction telemetry, including form completion duration, timestamps, focus changes, tab-switching events, window blur/focus activity, typing speed/cadence, and clipboard copy/paste events.
6.3 Anti-Abuse Enforcement & Disqualification
Attempting to bypass, obscure, spoof, or tamper with form telemetry, anti-cheat detection scripts, or network tracking mechanisms is strictly prohibited. IbbiWibbi and community administrators reserve the right to automatically flag, reject, or permanently disqualify any application or submission that exhibits signs of automation, botting, script assistance, multi-accounting, proxy/VPN abuse, or behavioral manipulation. Violations of form integrity rules may also result in the immediate suspension of your IbbiWibbi account and dashboard access.
7. Prohibited Use Policy
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from Australia, the US, or other countries).
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate IBBI Group, an IBBI Group employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses, screen names, or Discord tags associated with any of the foregoing).
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm IBBI Group or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, exploit, or bypass any security features, API endpoints, rate limits, form anti-cheat/telemetry tools, or authentication systems of the website, dashboard, application system, or Discord bot.
- Use the Discord bot, forum, or web dashboard to engage in spamming, raiding, phishing, harassment, malicious data collection, or distribution of malware/harmful content.
- Overload, flood, or abuse automated bot commands, form engines, or underlying server infrastructure in a manner that degrades performance or causes Denial of Service (DoS) for other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to administrative settings, non-public APIs, other users' server configurations, form response databases, or dashboard logs.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring, scraping, copying, or submitting form responses.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material contained in the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
- Use any data, content, form telemetry, or materials available on or through the Service to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models without express written authorization from IBBI Group.
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
8. Our Rights & Operational Discretion
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide through the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Service, and ensuring that all persons who access the Service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.
We have the right to disable any username, password, OAuth session, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
- As-Is Provision: IbbiWibbi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or zero downtime.
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, command, dashboard utility, form system, or bot service at any time without prior notice or liability.
10. Termination & Access Revocation
We may at our sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to the Websites, Dashboards, Form Engines, Discord Bot, and/or Online Services at any time, with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Websites and/or Online Services at any time (including, without limitation, by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Websites and/or Online Services) without notice to you. We will have no liability whatsoever on account of any change to the Websites and/or Online Services or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Websites and/or Online Services.
11. Ownership & Proprietary Rights
11.1 Intellectual Property
The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, form mechanisms, services, and all other elements of the Websites and Online Services (the “Materials”) provided by IbbiWibbi are protected by all relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and applicable laws. All Materials contained in the Websites and Online Services are the property of IBBI Group or our third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by IBBI Group, you may not make use of the Materials. IBBI Group reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly in these Terms.
No right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any content contained therein is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by IBBI Group. Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
11.2 User Content & Third-Party Integrations
Regarding user content, form answers, forum posts, and third-party integrations, you retain ownership of any text, images, server configurations, form responses, or data you transmit through our website, dashboard, forum, or Discord bot, but you grant IBBI Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, process, store, analyze, and display that material solely to operate, deliver, defend, and improve our services (including training automated models and evaluating form integrity).
You also acknowledge that our services rely on third-party platforms such as Discord, Cloudflare, Discourse, and server hosting infrastructure, meaning we are not liable for service interruptions, API changes, network blocks, or enforcement actions initiated by those external platforms.
11.3 Indemnification
Furthermore, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IBBI Group, its operators, staff, developers, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, your submission of fraudulent or infringing form data, or any content transmitted through your account.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY A DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACK, VIRUSES, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR TO YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL POSTED ON IT, OR ON ANY WEBSITE LINKED TO IT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER IBBI GROUP NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH IBBI GROUP REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
IBBI GROUP HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IBBI GROUP, ITS STAFF, DEVELOPERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, APPLICATION DISQUALIFICATION, SERVER DISRUPTIONS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING DISCORD API OUTAGES OR SERVICE CHANGES).
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Victoria, Australia, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
If any individual provision of these terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific section will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
